  • Haven't had baby yet. I am going to try to get some rest. I'm really tired. Baby has rotated somewhat but still feels kind of in an odd position.
maybe I'll have him tomorrow. B.O.W.'s have not broken yet. As long as baby and I tolerate labor fine things are okay to progress naturally. Thanks for prayers.
My BP has been lower to normal when I am not having it taken during  contractions.
    Update when i can.

  • Update

    Only dilated to about 4-5cm.
Baby is head  down but turned in such a way to give me lots of back pain.
He is ROP. Needs to rotate, we can direct prayers in that direction. He needs to be ROA or LOA.

  • LABOR

    This just may be it.
I've been up  few hours and there are definite changes. Please keep me in your prayers.
Undecided about whether my laptop is coming with to the hospital.

  • Update

Baby measuring well. Moving well and head down.
we are 100% effaced , but only dilated 1cm.
I am have back to back contractions causing slow changes. Dr said what I thought was cramping are really contractions.
Well We are going to have a May 08 baby.
Praying for a quick uneventful delivery.
My BP is running a little high for me 122/80.( I am normally 90/50 to 100/60)  I have gained 2 pounds since last week in water weight. My feet, ankles, hands and face are very puffy.
If I don't deliver on my own soon they may want to help me if my bp continues to climb. I am to go straight to labor and delivery if I get a headache  and/or blurry vision.

  • Sent from My Aunt in Law

    I bought a bird feeder. I hung
it on my back porch and filled
it with seed. What a beauty of
a bird feeder it is, as I filled it
    lovingly with seed. Within a
week we had hundreds of birds
    taking advantage of the
    continuous flow of free and
    easily accessible food.

    But then the birds started
    building nests in the boards
of the patio, above the table,
    and next to the barbecue.

Then came the poop. It was
    everywhere: on the patio tile,
    the chairs, the table .
    everywhere!

    Then some of the birds
    turned mean. They would
dive bomb me and try to
peck me even though I had
fed them out of my own
    pocket.

    And others birds were
    boisterous and loud. They
    sat on the feeder and
    squawked and screamed at
    all hours of
    the day and night
and demanded that I fill it
when it got low on food.

    After a while, I couldn't even
sit on my own back porch
anymore. So I took down the
bird feeder and in three days
the birds were gone. I cleaned
up their mess and took down
the many nests they had built
    all over the patio.

Soon, the back yard was like
it used to be.... quiet, serene
    and no one demanding their
    rights to a free meal.

    Now let's see.
    Our government gives out
    free food, subsidized housing,
    free medical care, and free
    education and allows anyone
born here to be an automatic
    citizen.

Then the illegal's came by the
    tens of thousands. Suddenly
our taxes went up to pay for
    free services; small apartments
    are housing 5 families; you
have to wait 6 hours to be seen
    by an emergency room doctor;
your child's 2nd grade class is
    behind other schools because
    over half the class doesn't
    speak
    English.

Corn Flakes now come in a
    bilingual box; I have to
'press one' to hear my bank
talk to me in English, and
    people waving flags other
    than 'Old Glory' are
    squawking and screaming
    in the streets, demanding
    more rights and free liberties.

    Just my opinion, but maybe
    it's time for the government
to take down the bird feeder.
If you agree, pass it on; if not,
    continue cleaning up the poop!

  • Today's Visit:

Signs pending labor soon?  What that means only God knows.
We are measuring at 37.5 weeks. Baby is currently head down.
I am experiencing day 2 of cramping.
(If this mean anything to you ..we are 70-80% effaced.)
I am still staring at the box with an unassembled bassinet in it, like it will put itself together.
I will be spending probably ALL of tomorrow doing last minute stuff to my home just in case it is my last chance  to finish  before delivery.

I am requesting prayers for uneventful labor and delivery and for them(hospital pediatrician)  not to hassle me about coming home early.

  • On Tuesday October 30,2007 I said:

I am believing for total healing and expect a joyous and uneventful fullterm pregnancy from here on out and uneventful delivery !

Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their
synagogues, and proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and curing
    every disease and every sickness.
    Matthew 9:35

This post is to praise God for His Goodness and Faithfulness to HIS people,
I have about 25 days left so I venture to say we are almost completely fullterm, No preterm labor.
We are excited!!! Praise HIS Name!!!
